Rules & Instructions



1. Students should always keep themselves clean.
2. Clean and wellpressed school uniforms are to be worn to school daily. Girls should plait and tie their hair with red ribbons on both sides.
3. Students are not allowed to cut classes. If a Parent/ Guardian however, desires to take his child home during school-hours, he might do so only if permitted by the Principal / Teacher in charge.
4. Students should attend school regularly. Leave note from the guardian should be brought in case of absence due to unavoidable reasons like illness. For absence of more than five consecutive days a medical certificate will have to be produced.
5. Running about in disorderly manner in the school campus, singing indecent songs, quarrelling with others etc., are punishable under the school rules.
6. Students are expected to keep the classrooms and the school premises clean. They should not disfigure the walls or leave scraps here and there.
7. Students are not permitted to bring to school any book other than the class or library books.
8. Students shouldn’t wear jewellery or ornaments in the school.
9. Keeping their belongings is the responsibility of the pupils. They should not leave their books, tiffin boxes, umbrellas etc., carelessly either in the class rooms or in the premises.
10. Children suffering from infectious/contagious diseases are not allowed to attend school.
11. Parents should see that their wards strictly adhere to the school uniform and school rules.
12. Parents can be helpful to the staff by paying attention to the regularity, punctuality and discipline of their wards.
13. Parents are not permitted to meet their wards during school hours.
14. Parents are not permitted to go or wait near the classrooms
15. Parents must inform the school of any change in their address.
16. Parents may meet the Principal to discuss with him matters concerning the progress of their children.
17. Students who come late will be admitted to the class only with the permission of the Principal.
Students at all times should show respect and deference to the teaching staff. They should be gentle and polite to their companions.
18. Shouting and whistling are not allowed in the school premises. It is strictly forbidden to throw anything at another or at the fruit bearing trees.
Students are directed to bring towel to be used at the time of lunch.
